Red Bull's Australian Formula One driver Daniel Ricciardo makes a pit stop during the first practice session
Although the difficulties of overtaking at the Hungaroring mean Ferrari is clear favourite for victory in the race, Wolff still senses opportunities for his drivers.
The fastest driver of Friday's two sessions, Australian Red BulldriverDaniel Ricciardo was eighth. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Lewis Hamilton is the favorite to win this race, as he has -137 odds to win.
He will now be looking to extend his slender one-point lead over Hamilton (176 points) in the drivers'standings.
"Then from qualifying onwards, actually - because the last practice I was still not happy - we managed to turn it around and I think I can be quite pleased with where we are because with the hard start I had this weekend".
"Yeah, it's been a positive day for us", said the beaming Ricciardo afterwards. "The temperatures are expected to rise tomorrow, which means that we really need to get the rear end of the vehicle more stable".
"We clearly have a lot of work to do", Bottas said. "It's not a very power-sensitive circuit so l think you should see a good fight between three teams". I managed to improve my auto for the qualifying and we are happy now with how it is handling.

"I'm not going to lie, I was scared, nervous, anxious", di Resta told Sky Sports television. The Brazilian felt unwell and had been taken to hospital but started Saturday's session. "I felt already there was something not right when we dropped the auto on the grid".
Wolff said he believed Mercedes' drop in form compared with recent races was caused by the different nature of the Hungaroring track.
"I've had some great weekends there even before Formula One and 2014 was a cool victory".
The Briton failed to equal the Formula 1 record of 68 pole positions and will have to wait on that accolade after finishing fourth-fastest in Q3. With four straight podium finishes, he has good momentum for the Hungarian GP, the last race before a month-long summer break.
"The Mercedesdriver has won exactly half of his ten races in Hungary". Hamilton triumphed on each of those occasions.
It's equally a shame that he may not have a vehicle good enough next year, given that you'd doubt that either of the big three would give him a chance. Lewis Hamilton was third quickest, a further two tenths shy of Ricciardo. He has seven, alongside Schumacher and Ayrton Senna.
