Dinardo was charged with four counts each of criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit homicide, three counts of robbery and abuse of a corpse.
"I feel a lot of sadness".
The investigation into the disappearance of four men in Bucks County is far from over, and now, the DiNardo family has hired an attorney, who was spotted at the Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown on Thursday.
Police sources, on the other hand, claim that DiNardo has previously exhibited violent tendencies, and has not been cooperating with the investigation. Kratz was arrested later the same day, authorities said. In a stunning confession, the 20-year-old admitted to killing four men and says that he knows where the bodies are.
For his participation, prosecutors have agreed not to seek the death penalty against DiNardo, according to Lang.
Mark Sturgis, 22, and Thomas Meo, 21, who worked together in construction, and Jimi Taro Patrick, 19, were also reported missing over the course of the last week. The fourth man, 19-year-old Jimi Patrick of Newtown Township in Bucks, has been missing since July 5. He says his client has deep remorse.
Weintraub, when asked if foul play was involved, said during the news conference: "It sure would seem so".
The FBI searched for signs of the missing men using heavy equipment at a large property owned by DiNardo's family. All four victims have been identified.
"And I can tell you because I have been there, we would still be looking for Jimmy Patrick's body if I didn't make that deal", said Weintraub.
Weintraub said Finocchiaro's remains were recovered from a 12 ½ foot grave "painstakingly dug" by investigators "with a lot of care so not to damage any potential evidence".
A 20-year-old man has confessed to killing four men who were missing for days and burying their bodies on a farm in Pennsylvania. Police are looking into whether one of them could have been DiNardo's co-conspirator.
Kratz's mother, Vanessa, declined to comment on her son arrest's when reached by phone.
Finocchiaro had been missing from his Middletown Township home since Friday, last week.
Authorities had charged DiNardo earlier this year with having a gun despite an involuntary mental health commitment.
